For over 70 years Zenith gear metering pumps have been designed and manufactured with high precision and reliability. Their state-of-the-art production equipment precisely grinds each part to ensure accurate and efficient pump performance. The through-hardened construction in their metering pumps offer high wear resistance and an exceptionally long pump life. Whether you process is spraying, dispensing, additive injecting, extruding, coating, dyeing, spinning, forming, or one of many others Zenith has the experienced staff and worldclass equipment to help you find the solution you need. The standard line of gear metering pumps for Zenith is the B-9000 series. It is the next generation of Zenith's traditional B-Series. This versatile metering pump is fabricated from 440C stainless for excellent wear resistance with moderate corrosion resistance. In addition the in-line port design allows for simple piping. They have only 3 moving parts and are designed for a wide variety of applications including additive addition, paints and dyes, chemical dispensing, and defoamers to name a few.
The C-9000 series of metering pumps were designed for presise, repeatable metering or corrosive or poor lubricating fluids. Performance is maintained despite variations in temperature, viscosity and pressure. In addition the in-line port design allows for simple piping. Zenith C-9000 pumps can be applied to metering services such as de-ionized water, acids and bases, dyes, flavorings, coatings, vitamins, pharmaceuticals, water-based additives, solvents, fuels and many others.
When above average wear resistance or high temperature (up to 950°F, 510°C) are needed, the H-9000 is an excellent choice. The in-line port design allows for simple piping, a feature not found on the original H-Series pumps. Manufactured from tool and die steel (62Rc), the H-9000 is excellent for abrasives, tars, foams, hot melt adhesives, and many others.
The Zenith PEP-II (Polymer Extrusion Pump) are designed to provide precise, virtually pulseless flow from an extruder to a die. The pump optimizes the extrusion process by regulating extruder back pressure and controlling melt quality, and it also relieves the extruder of work by generating the needed pressure to pass the polymer through the die. If consistent accurate polymer delivery is what you want, the PEP-II is the pump for you.
The B-Series pumps are a rotary external gear pump of unique precision and simplicity. They are manufactured from 440C stainless and have only 3 moving parts. They are designed for a wide variety of applications including additive addition, paints and dyes, chemical dispensing, and defoamers to name a few.
Zenith H-series pumps are designed for applications that have higher temperature or pressure requirements or ones that have abrasion resistance issues. Also the H-series pumps are available withconnection options that are not available on the newer H-9000 pumps. Manufactured from tool and die steel (62Rc), the H-9000 is excellent for abrasives, tars, foams, hot melt adhesives, and many others.
To control your metering pump Zenith has designed the ultimate control system - the ZeDrive 2000. Use of the ZeDrive 2000 allows the pump to stay within 0.01% of setpoint values. It has capabilities to allow the control of multiple pumps and is keypad programmable. All of the Zenith pump line can be sold as a ZeDrive 2000 package.
Zenith also has the capability of producing planetary and multistream metering pumps for use in the fiber spinning industry. Standard as well as built-to-order designs are available and they are backed by Zenith's unprecedented knowledge and experience in designing gear metering systems.
